When I was studying in America, I found out that most Americans don't eat organ meats. Lots of the restaurants don't have dishes that are cooked with organs. How- ever, eating organs is quite normal and common in China. Then I found some information that American restaurants usually don't use the organs, they throw it away. This is not good for sustainable development. Wasting meats such as organ meats could cause environmental problems.  So if I made the food in a fancy simple and clean style, I believe that people are more willing to accept organ meats.
